After being scammed out of 1200 dollars from a very popular NYC jewelry store, I went back and starting reading all the reviews for the NYC store. They were pretty scary. Terrible customer service. Selling low quality items. And many more horrible reviews. In one of the reviews someone mentioned to go to Andaaz jewelry. I looked them up and thats how I found Andaaz. I was skeptical ordering more jewelry online ,but I figured I would give it a try. I picked out a beautiful 22k Italian block chain 22inches. When I gave Andaaz a call I spoke with Sunny. Sunny graciously walked me through the process. Everything went smooth as butter. He answered all my questions and put my skeptical mind at ease. This time around I used the Affirm financing and again everything went amazingly well. Total time it took was maybe about 10 minutes and my chain was ordered and financing was approved. To top it off I placed the order on Wednesday and my chain arrived Friday. I was also able to take advantage of a 5% discount they were offering. Sunny handled everything like a pro. My necklace is beautiful and I have no complaints. I'll definitely be ordering more items from Andaaz in the future. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought a couple of items from this store online and didn’t realize they have the most absurd return policy. I would never have bought from this store (especially not online) if I knew I had 24 hours for a return and 72 for an exchange. I bought a piece for my wife for our anniversary so obviously I ordered it weeks ahead. When she received it it turned out to be small. I attempt a return or exchange and they inform me of the 24 hour and 72 hour policy. This is as good as saying no returns. If you are in the online jewelry business this should be prohibited. I will never buy from this place again. They should simply state NO RETURNS instead of this deceitful policy.

I went to andaaz a couple days ago!! I only recently developed an interest in Indian jewelry so my knowledge was limited, the staff especially Varun was super helpful. Will definitely visit again, I will recommend this jewelry store to those who don't know much about jewelry but are hoping to buying some the staff will help you find the right piece for you.
